Your first telephone conversation is free and without any obligation. During your free time you are invited to tell Mr. Austrheim about your challenge and ask him any questions you may have.

Once Mr. Austrheim has a clear understanding of your needs, he will tell you whether you may benefit by having telephone sessions to reach your goals. If a different type of service is needed, he will advise you of your options.

After your free telephone consultation is completed a pre-payment of $240 is required to continue. This amount is put into your personal Counseling Advantage account, to be drawn upon at the rate of $2 per minute. You may ask Mr. Austrheim for your balance at any time. You also have the right to request a refund of any funds not used should you decide you no longer require this special service. Your payment may be made by credit card to PayPal, or by check to his mailing address before further counseling may take place.
